My copy has a pink cover but no lyrics are written.
That's the hand printed version, it's possible that yours was skipped etc. Whatever caused it to be skipped makes it a defective but ultra rare version of the record. The hand-printed one with the photo is exactly the same as what the cover of my 7" shows.
