Fresh out of the seal, it skips constantly throughout the entire album. They sent a replacement, but the replacement skips just as bad. Newbury offered a refund if I send them back, which I plan to do.

My wife bought this brand new from Newbury Comics. Took it out of the shrink wrap.... this copy skips terribly from the first track. No visible defects though.
