Alternating between bursts of chaotic dissonance and plodding, morose dirges, Amnutseba manages to pull off the black/death metal thing like few others. The production is crisp, but the sound still manages to be raw and a bit grimy. The vocals are drenched in malevolence and accent the music perfectly. All and all, an outstanding demo from this mysterious Parisian group. Can’t wait for a full length.
