Released in a digipak containing a 24-page booklet with liner notes in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish & German.
Three tracks - 11, 21, 22 - are incorrectly named in the production.
Track 11 is not Marcha Em Ré Menor but Variações Em Ré Menor.
The titles of tracks 21 & 22 are inverted, as they were on Heritage HT CD 14, where they appear as tracks 8 & 11 respectively.
Tracks 1-20 are taken from the EMI archive set previously reissued on Heritage CD 25, while tracks 21-22 are from Heritage HT CD 14, originally transferred from the National Sound Archive collection.
Track 23 "O Alentejano" is the only track not to have appeared previously on the Heritage Fado CD series and the audio of this track is of decidedly inferior quality.
The CD contains 23 of the 40 known instrumental sides recorded by Armandinho between 1928-1946.
