Internal Ocean sounds like something from Juan Atkins' Metroplex and still sounds fantastic today (although to my ageing ears and legs, it needs pitching down a touch). I agree with Hyperreal's comments below - Bandulu's finest hour. As these are so stupidly cheap I'd also point you in the direction of Bandulu's track 'Amaranth (Love Lies Bleeding)' which is on the Guidance EP and makes nice us of a sample from My Mine ‎– Hypnotic Tango. Also worth picking up is the 12" 'Phaze In Version' & 'Day Four' which have always reminded me of the Chain Reaction label and stuff by Basic Channel.

Internal Ocean is a sublime track. Quirky bassline and dreamy synths it takes you somewhere completely different. Other tracks by Bandulu are equally forward thinking, but none works out quite as well as this. Compared with other Infonet releases this is pretty much the only one that still sounds awesome nearly 20 years on. Timeless.
