Album is on the Stax label rather than Ardent, but there is a line below the album's title that reads "An Ardent Recording". The matrix number on the inner groove is STX 3022 A 1 on the A side, STX 3022 B-1 on the B side. Labels would indicate a late-70s pressing.

This is not a promo, or from 1973. It s simply one of the album's from the 1978 double reissue on Stax in the UK that has been found loose in a plain sleeve... This release https://www.discogs.com/Big-Star-1-Record-Radio-City/release/2212390
I agree with chriskooter. This is the 1978 pressing from the 2LP set. Neither #1 Record or Radio City were released by Stax in the UK prior to 1978.
