Released in November of 2013, Brazzaville's latest effort is a concept album which tells the story of Anabel, a girl growing up in the dark world of drugs and prostitution in 1970s and 80s California. It follows her from before her birth until after her death and explores the themes of human suffering and the soul's immunity from it.
