The word "ASCAP" is not written in brackets on both sides. Two other versions with brackets on both sides and with brackets only on one side do exist. Therefore the releases The Lady In Red and The Lady In Red are different releases. This release (as the two mentioned above) are licened through Polygram International Music, B, V. while The Lady In Red is licenced through Deutsche Grammophon. Another release without brackets and licened by Polygram is The Lady In Red. The differences are not so easy to discover, they can be seen for example in the type writer font (see pictures to both releases): This release does not have serifs as can be seen in the letters in "Chris de Burgh" while The Lady In Red uses serifs (Compare the ends of the letters "I" in each picture). Another difference for example could be seen in the numbers "6" and "9"; This release: the lower part of the "9" and the upper part of the "6" have a bow, release The Lady In Red used another type writer font with straight endings of these numbers.
