and I'm just gonna repost my reply to aerielist as a normal comment as well, so people see this without having to click on the "1 reply" button (which most people never even see, let's be honest about that). Sorry for the double post thing, but I honestly feel this is necessary in this case :
I think you take this all far too serious. Cindy is an honest to god decent producer, who is extremely dedicated to his craft, and who's been putting in the hours for years and years. I had him in my studio on 2 occasions, and each of his stays was for a few weeks at least. He is nothing but a true gentleman in real life, and we (my mrs, and both my daughters) totally adored him.
He just wants to have a laugh with this whole "serious and always depressed looking" techno thing, and he hates choosing track titles (and tbh, I hate that part of production as well).
Seriously, every project we started together has a totally absurd "slutty/gorefest/whatever you wanna call it" name as a working title, just like the ones he usually picks for his own tracks.
It's a JOKE.
What can I say ? I guess some people just don't have a decent sense of humor and have an unstoppable urge to go on some crusade that is totally unnecessary.
Cindy makes fucking awesome techno.
You don't like his music, that's totally fine,
but don't use him for whatever point it is that you're trying to make.
If you'd know him in person, you'd realize that your rage towards him makes no sense at all. :)
