Notes
Recorded live at the Newport Jazz Festival, Newport, Rhode Island, July 3rd, 1958. Track 8 (bonus track) recorded in Berlin, Germany, February 22nd, 1958 (c)&(p) Gambit Records D.L. AND 425-2009. Made in the EU
Note: Tracks 4, 5 & 6 are actually studio performances with overdubbed applause, according to Tom Lord's Jazz Discography. If you listen to these tracks on headphones, you will notice the differences in the audio. There were also technical issues with the Duke Ellington set that same year and some of the songs from that set were re-recorded for the LP that was released.
