I can only echo what others have already said - it just doesn't sound like a record. Very flat, sounds like a CD rip.
Shaktiktilar
Why is "What does your soul look like Part 4" missing?
CrazyDemon
It's not available on any vinyl press aside from the box set version. For what reason, I don't know.
Ffyan
It's NOT that bad, in fact the vinyl sounds nice to my ears, kind of warm and not too "digital".
hulk
fuk.. I bought it before I read . its a shame sound not good

I can't tell about this one but I got nixed emotions about that back to black series. Some say it's absolute crap - avoid! Others say everything cool with no noises, no pops, crackles, etc.. From the same album! I hust think they have no or a very bad quality control. That's why I ALWAYS open every album. It's always a chance that sealed records have failures and then what? After some years you can't give it back! It's gotta be a quality check. And when I sell something it must be all right - not just write sealed and it'snot as good as opened one...Now I gotta check 3 LP's from back to black. Maybe I'm lucky..

This is not a vinyl, just a vinyl gadget. Massacre! I wonder if dj shadow knows about this shit? I recommend this recording: https://www.discogs.com/DJ-Shadow-Endtroducing/release/59125

Agree with others , just does not sound like a vinyl record, flat and zero depth. Will teach me to read comments on here before purchasing on future releases.

Back to black is a joke. This vinyl is pressed from the cd version. It's hearing at the first time when you put it on Mk2 !!This is a really a shame !!
Granirad
How can you tell it's from a CD?OG pressing all the way for me!
Kendis
Mastering from a CD, it's not the original Master's, the sound is flat. The Label ' Back To Black ' makes us republications 2*LP 180Gr from a CD, it is sad....
September
NOPE, had in my hand today bur even it's back to black series I'd took it as the original gatefold I already have...
Diredefender
agreed on the gzvinyl... they're not good at all, stay away where possible
Kuve
anything on the back to black label is usually piss poor my heart sinks when I see gzvinyl in the dead wax they are a awful pressing plant
Adorardana
CD on vinyl, anything in fact ... so buy the CD !!!
Gavinrage
nowaxjim This one isn't. It's just 2LPs in a standard sleeve, with 2 separate printed inner sleeves He means that the vinyl was made using the CD version as the "base." If you're curious about mastering:http://www.discmakers.com/soundlab/whatismastering.asp
Grari
By opening my ears ... I listen to a lot of vinyl I know recognize right from wrong. the sound sorely lacking in dynamic, simple press CD "back to black" as often unfortunately, I have finished with this record label.
Rrd
How do you know it was mastered from a CD?
Fearlesssinger
This one isn't. It's just 2LPs in a standard sleeve, with 2 separate printed inner sleeves
Hellmaster
Is this a gatefold?
