Equinox - Filteration / Alpha Proxima / Obstructed FLAC

A personal introduction to the Equinox sound which has had me hooked ever since!

"Filteration" sets the tone for the entire EP, with it's moody but futuristic pads in the intro. Heavy use of filter on the snare drum transcends the track from being more than just another atmospheric 'Amen' workout into something not of this world.

With it's layered synths, chimes, alien atmospheres and fx, "Alpha Proxima" takes lead from Detroit creating a truely 21st century masterpiece.

Wrapping up the 3 tracker we have "Obstructed" an intense down-tempo piece utilising delayed reverb on the breaks to create an eerie sense of paranoid energy!
