The production is far to sparse to be a 70's track, it definitely sounds like a mid to late 80's production/release.The artist is a different Flick Wilson AKA Ruddy Thomas, who released some great tracks in the mid/late 70's and early 80's.
Still In Mind
'Them Must Fall' has a different rhythm bu there's a 12" on baby Mother with Woodrow Noble & Prince Hammer 'Reggae A The Best". There's also a Bunny Lie Lie / Boyo 12" on greensleeves (Itie Titie Girl / Righteounsess).

But wait..... is this not the rhythm which underpinned Prince Hammer's 'Them Must Fall' (Baby Mother), which came in 1979?
Sinredeemer
definently from the 70s, but was most probably released in the 80s

Tuff tune, label says it was released in 1986 but it sounds early. Also anyone knows who's Flick Wilson ?

Flick Wilson was Ruddy Thomas, who sadly died recently I believe. My all-time Flick Wilson was a tune called "When You Get Right Down To It", which came on a 7" Mello label – the vocal is agreeable enough, and there's a tricky waltz-like change of time signature which sets it apart from the herd, but the slashing guitar chords are mixed savagely high on the Version which really ratchets up the emotional intensity. Tasty horn work too!
