At the time of posting this I have noticed that there are no copies to be found on ebay, nor were there any on a completed items listing.Could it be that somebody has finally put a stop to the profiteering on releases from this label.Whoever they are - I salute thee!! Not that anyone needs told, but it is about the music people.Kieran Hebden - do not change a thing.

Yeah I've got a feeling you've hit the nail on the head there. Just got this in the mail by the way. 2 fantastic tracks. This guy is pure class.

Maybe it is simply this: the last Burial/Four tet tune that came out 'Nova' and was sold as 'one per person', by online retailers everywhere and at first it seemed limited. Right now (June 2012) it is still widely available. You can only pull that stunt so many times. It wasn't limited, or at least everybody who wanted a copy got one. Is a piece of music better because there are less copies of it around? Nope. Maybe record buyers can get back to buying a tune based on whether it is good or not, rather than rushing into buying vinyl because it may not be there in 3 more hours. People sell music for a living and no one should have a problem with that. Just know when your being hustled and remember the immortal words of Chuck D: 'Don't believe the hype'. In ten years time, your limited edition vinyl is just another slab of music history, much of it barely worth the vinyl it's pressed on - very few records get the status of collector's item because very few of them deserve it... when all the bullshit dies away.

It might be just that this does not have the words "Yorke" or "Burial" attached to it. Otherwise the price would probably shoot up. Is it worse than when people believe speculation that there are "300 only" and the rumour sticks...label says nothing and represses 3 times. Now who'd do such a thing??we can all be guilty of a bit of cynical profiteering in these hard times.
