Otherwise, inner sleeve ("This protective envelope" style) and jacket indicate "Made in U.S.A."Early Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Los Angeles repress on 1959-62 "white line" labels. This version, like other stereo pressings, has only five tracks per side omitting A4 "It's A Lonesome Old Town" and B4 "Spring Is Here" that appear on the mono pressings.
