A very eclectic collection of FK's work. Of course, all the remixes are top quality, but I can't help feeling a little let down by the track selections on this release. There are a couple of his well known late disco remixes, but there are far too many early '80's pop remixes and not enough later work. Inclusion of ANY of his work with Sharon Redd for Prelude (for instance) would have been much more useful, informative & enjoyable. In short, this release is essential to own (and there are a couple of nice surprises), but only because there really aren't many FK comps. I am hoping for more 'definitive' FK remix compilations to be released sometime; because - this CD certainly isn't it.
