This is the only opportunity to get an official copy (cut from the original master) of an italo-disco classic.New 2018 Test Pressing 1:1 checked with the first original release from 83, the 2018 cut sounds better ! There are no errors or switched channels on this reissue.

Wooden Purple Romeo

Just bought the digital download of this record as I already have the Original 12", but it seems like the channels are switched. Can anyone double check on that? On my original (Italian) pressing the closed high hats of the 808 are louder on the left channel, the digital download is vice versa. Looks like a mistake to me. I changed it back digitally, but this error should be corrected on the repress as well.By the way, the digital download has been mastered from a tape source, so no vinyl rip here. Very recommended!

The cables are correctly connected on my setup. Are you talking about the reissue or the original pressing?I guess that the reissue contains the same error as the Amazon MP3 Download.On the Original 1983 italian copy the channels are in oposite order as the MP3.
