★★★★☆☆ Of the handful of 60's albums by Geno Washington & The Ram Jam Band this is by far the best - and IMO the only one that holds up as an album. From start til finish it offers a contageous energy and a band steaming with no breaks, sort of in the same vein as James Brown's 1962 Live at The Apollo album. At the same time it's a career spanning greatest hits. One of the greatest UK mod-soul albums.
