My copy seems to have an insert and cover from the first pressing, but the LP is definitely from the second pressing and there is an orange sticker on the front of the cover says "stereo." Obviously it is always possible my copy was a mixup in someone's personal collection, pulled from two sources, some sort of promo copy (although it isn't cut), but seems like maybe they were using up first pressing materials when the second came out.
Mine copy is just like yours, so the chances for a mixup are decreasing!
