This was never originally intended to be released as the first King Black Acid album; they recorded it live on the radio in Portland, Oregon while pleasantly stoned, and it was recorded to tape by friends (or the radio show folks? Unsure about this.) Afterwards, the tape found itself in the hands of the guys at Cavity Search, who told KBA they wanted to release it. And thankfully, this happened. It's beautifully woozy, a real snapshot of mid-1990s Portland (see also: Swoon 23, Sugarboom, and The Dandy Warhols' "Dandys Rule OK".) My favorite is "Aloha": gorgeously swoony psychedelia, repetitive and atmospheric, it sounds like it'd fit on Spiritualized's "Ladies And Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space" (with the same general vibe as "Cop Shoot Cop". Of course, Spiritualized didn't release that album for two more years after this.)
