This is truly an excellent pressing! After two cleaning sessions with Hannl machine the few pops are gone.
But what a fantastic mastering. The sound is superb. Deep bass, pearly sounds and crispy tones. You can hear the desert wind in the beginning of the first track. Brant Bjorks drums sounds fantastic. The guitars, bass and voice of John Garcia are really present. Although it's colored vinyl the sound quality is amazing. Go for it since it's available!

Bought it sealed, crackles, pops... great album - terrible product!

Just played side A. I think we have a good press here. The unwanted sound is minimal and comparable to some of the better presses for QOTSA. The sound quality/mix is good in my opinion, possibly as good as, or even better than digital versions. The press itself is thick and has sharp/flatter edges. The only downside is that the color looks a little off. The red and black cause brownish red color to occur. Maybe they let the material mix too much and it became more homogenized. I dunno im not a scientist.

Overall I give it a 7/10. Add 3 points if you are serious Kyuss fan.
