My copy has this funny thing on the B-side in the runout, First it was written A but than scratched and written B next to it.

Totally common - if the cutting engineer scribed the wrong side letter and then noticed it before shipping the cut, it would get crossed out and the correct side letter scribed right beside it. If you look for this you'll see it happens on quite a few records.
