Notes

Hi-Fi comes a year and a half after LURK's 2017 demo, and blends their style of modern punk and hardcore with the nervous, kinetic punch of late-era new wave and post punk. The band reconvened with producer Andy Nelson at Bricktop Recording in Chicago late last year to work on the 7 tracks, which were born from reflecting on the rise of fascism and bigotry both in the political environment and unfortunately, also in our local community.
