Best (expanded) reissue of last year; nothing topped it. 'The Lost Tapes' disc was almost as much of a revelation as the original LP, making it exactly what a quality reissue should be about. All we need now is for someone to unearth a few reels of alt. versions from the 'Veneer ...' sessions, hey? That'd be beyond cool.

Excellent clarity and definition. Nice rich tones and full sound. Balanced very well, vocals sit well in the mix. Details come through. Drums are punchy. Mastered really well and sounds great. Quiet pressing, flat and centered. Bang up job, the best it has ever sounded.

Anyone else think the “Learning to Cope...” lp is remastered really quietly? It doesn't have the crazy dynamics I expect from my On-U lps, but it's a stellar album and I'm being picky. The Lost Tapes lp sounds excellent though.
