Notes

Heavyweight transparent blue vinyl held in transparent red plastic sleeve with text on either side of the sleeve.

Limited to 300 hand-numbered copies sold exclusively at the Massive Attack The Downs concert Bristol UK, Saturday 3rd September 2016. Due to poor weather conditions at the concert the remaining vinyl were later sold at Friendly Records and Idle Hands (both independent record shops in Bristol) for the same price of £20.00 and limited to one per person.

A further 700 un-numbered copies (Massive Attack Feat. James Massiah - Dear Friend) were later sold through The Vinyl Factory website on 30 Sep 2016, stating this is limited to 1000 copies.

The A side is a new and original recording with spoken word lyrics. The B side features the same lyrics, however spoken over the instrumentation of "Take It There" from Massive Attack - Ritual Spirit.

My record has the numer 162, but I bought it via mailorder at the "Vinyl Factory". How can I be sure that my record is one of the 300 limited version?

As far as I know, as I was at the concert, they didn't sell as well as they thought they would as the weather was so awful! I picked one up and had it under my coat for the entire concert but there were still loads left when we left, I presume they were sent out to shops, for resale, so any numbered ones were part of the OG 300. Hope that helps! :)

So pleased to get a copy, until I got it in the mail. Opened up the packaging from V.F.. The sleeve was all split and the record was half in half out. Terrible shipping package, totally knackered up the record too. BTW it's for sale for 400 quid ;-) near mint never played...!!!

Send pictures of the sleeve to customer service. I did and they are going to send me a new sleeve.

I was really pleased with this until I noticed that the record had ripped the plastic sleeve! Only had it out twice. The quality is shocking! Really nasty cheap plastic sleeve. Don't waste your money.

Well, I sent some pictures of the damaged sleeve as they asked on 13. October. They were going to evaluate and process from that point on. On 18. October customer service confirmed they will have another sleeve sent out to me.

Did you get anywhere with customer services. All I got was a reply saying that it is down to the journey the record has been on which they're not responsible for! What a joke!
Malien
You should email Vinyl Factory customer service. I did and they asked some pictures of the damage. Let's see what will happen next ...

Vinyl Factory already sold out (as of 13:54 September 30th). I guess we'll soon see more entries slightly above the GBP 20 paid. Bless the market economy . . . . .

Copy on sale for £250 LOL - the record (on blue vinyl) has just gone up today on the Vinyl Factory website for £20... probably better be quick though!.

The labels are reversed by mistake. The side labeled A is the Take It There/Tricky version, while the side labeled as B is the original version.

What happened to the copy on sale for £150 from a "new seller" ?Hmmm.
Niwield
It is Replaced by a copy on sale for £250.
Dagdardana
There will be a wider release of this soon confirmed by Massive Attack.
Frei
Blue vinyl, but already sold out. I guess word travels fast.

Yes, 30th Sept. Anyone know if it will also be coloured vinyl, or was that specifically for the Bristol gig?
