For me this is the less interesting Album by Mikkel Metal, i personally don't like the reggae singing. My favorite musics are : "Stephan", "Get over" and "Peaks and troughs". This is another release suitable for night atmospheres.

PEAKS AND TROUGHS sees Mikkel Metal moving even further into the dub side of dub techno, as Paul St. Hilaire brings his vocals to a mellow "Jeman." But "Bodium" also adds a surprising lightness to its dub, as does "Never Run Away," even as "Newson Five" makes the percussion slightly grittier. "Frico" takes a 3-beat and lends it a nice syncopation, and "Stephan" is more traditional dub techno. "Lumever" is deep and dark, and the title track puts it foot down firmly on the side of groove. More of a mixed bag than some of his other work, but still immensely worthwhile.
