This is a bootlegged version of the limited '3 pack' original and is not officially affiliated with "Plan 9" even though the release carries the label name.
It consists of 3 identical records all in different sleeves. One featuring "Glenn", one featuring "Doyle" and one featuring "Jerry".
All records have yellow printed labels. The matrix numbers are scratched out.

Tracks A1 to B1 were recorded at The Ritz in New York, NY on December 17, 1981.
Tracks B2 & B3 were recorded at On Broadway in San Francisco, CA November 20, 1981.
Henry Rollins of Black Flag was in the crowd for this performance and joined The Misfits on stage for track B3.
