My, this takes me back. I first saw this band play at The Hammersmith Odeon (as it was known in those days) when they were the support for Sutherland Brothers & Quiver. I continued to follow them for the couple of years that they were active, seeing them play in several places around London. I recall they would play The Rock Garden in Covent Garden quite regularly. Great live band. Very funky with a horn section. Had some very pleasant evenings at their gigs. I still have this album from back then. Not too sure about the genre given here, as I said they were more funk than pop.
