Magic Keys has a kind of charm to itself. It's ok. Not a stoned cold classic by any stretch of the imagination.

The track starts of with strings and the sound of an urban landscape (trains, sirens, winds, thunder) - before the strings are left on their own before rapidly combining with the great and funky bassline (sounds like it could be a 303 line but not 100% sure).

The beats kick in with the lovely attention to detail to the hi-hats. Soon these electronic beats combines with a breakbeat and then quickly followed by a nice acid line.

Choir/synths are added before being pounded into ecstasy by more strings and an absolutely gorgeous arpeggio which takes this amazing tune to higher heights.

I loved this tune in 1993 and bought the EP just for it. You can buy this EP for less than a cost of a coffee. So, it's simple really; if you love acid on the emotional side just buy it (and go without a coffee for one day. this track will make you higher anyway!)
