As a nurse. I have used this soundtrack for leading groups in guided imagery exercises in a variety of settings from small groups of 10 or less to conference classes for 50+ persons. The use of natural sounds without the distraction of music or narration frees the participant to find their personal place of safety and relaxation. This track is equally useful for individual meditations; I recommend it highly.
