White promo labels have both 見本盤 ("Sample Disc") and 非売品 ("Not For Sale") printed on them.

Some promo copies have been found with a 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" glossy photo, perhaps intended for advertising purposes (see images).

B side is credited to "Konges" - UK version shows "Kongos" as songwriter, and is attributed by whomever created the release to John Kongos. Cannot verify that this is correct so I've left this info out of the release ("Konges" isn't found in any database, and "Oh My Baby" cannot be found in the Kongos/John Kongos discography).
