On top of that, the B-side on my copy is totally off-centered, making it sound horrible. Possibly has affected other copies.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS 12" - IT DOES NOT HAVE THE FULL LENGTH ORIGINAL EXTENDED VERSION AND THEY CHOPPED-OFF THE FIRST LINE OF THE ACAPPELLA.The TMT label is a legitimate and quality UK label that has issued several great pressings of club titles like Haven't Been Funked Enough by the Ex-Tras and Heobah by Fonda Rae. The exact chain of events that lead to them pressing Don't Make Me Wait is unclear. What is clear, is that the TMT release of Don't Make Me Wait was a totally amateurish or incompetent (take your pick) transfer of the recordings that 1) cut off most of the intro and all of the spacey outro of the original extended version on Side A and 2) cut off the distinctive first line of the acappella on Side B.

The B-Side mix was done by Paul Oakenfold.Really not a favourite. I own this 12“ but just for the sake of it. And already ordered the original US 12“ and the dutch 12“ on Sound.Just because I am an addict of this song which appears in my personal top three of my life.

Highly over-rated pirate pressing. These two alternative versions were released as white-label bootlegs BEFORE this, making this a pirate of a pirate. The "alternative" mixes are comprised of amateurish (IMO) extra production ADDED TO/on-top-of the original Larry Levan/Michael DeBenedictus production. Save your money and get one of the legit pressings on U.S. West End, U.S. 4th & B'Way, or any of the legit, licensed European pressings from the 80's.

And I never thought of him as a quality remixer. Definitely not my musical taste. Just my 2 cents...
