I would recheck the matrix as what used to happen a lot is that one or two guys, especially, on the west coast USA but not just there,,would repackage the same disc with a new insert so as creating a 'new' title-sometimes as a sales technique sometimes to give new impetus to discs having none of the original inserts left!My guess here is that the matrix may be the original 1st-of course there may be other possibilities but that would be the most likely. At most rampant late 1970s/early 80s.You will see many of the Beacon Island/Phoenix,whatever name double LPs were often consisting of 1 disc at least,or both from original Kornyfone issue/s simply repackaged but at least in a more upgraded manner with nice colour covers-addresses supposedly Australia or whatever!

Anyone can see that the insert is from 1977 TOUR therefore this specific issue was a later spin off from the 1974/5 original at 1977/78 at the earliest.
