Notes
Compilation album comprising of demos recorded by the British band between the years 2001 and 2003. The songs were originally intended to appear on Shed Seven's fifth studio album but the band split in 2003 before the album was completed. It was released in a strictly limited edition of 1000 and is available exclusively from the website of Simon Lawlor Management after the band split, but with their consent due to demand from fans.
Japanese edition containing four additional tracks. 18b is a hidden secret bonus track and sang by Alan Leach as opposed to Rick Witter. 15 features on the Maximum High 15th Anniversary Tour E.P.
