I have a copy of this 12" but the Amoeba Berkeley price tag indicates that it was priced second hand on 03/24/1997. That seems correct from my recollection of purchasing this 12".

I think it's official reissue in around 2000, Not bootleg reissue. The hand-writing on the matrix looks like the lacquer mastering was done by TONY DAWSEY. The same handwritings can be seen on many D.I.T.C. or Lord Finesse's records.
