Notes on Audio CD:
Recently discovered in the Jones family archives and never before heard by the public, two situation comedy radio show pilots, recorded in 1945 for NBC by Spike and the band. Also voicing characters are Ann Rutherford (Gone with the Wind) as the romantic interest and Mable Todd as a man-chasing old maid. Includes the musical hits "Hotcha Cornya," "Holiday For Strings," "Chloe" and "Cocktails For Two" and PDAs for U.S. War Bonds.
