Something not right about this at all it's an obvious Italy/Poland/Chech/Romania bootleg.
1. All UK nWEA label printed promo releases (average 500 per run) were deisignated with a SAM prefix (sampler) and a number
2. There would never be any rim text copyright/reproduction notice/info,
3. Later SAM releases black text on white label blanks were pressed by MPO in France. (as both Damont Hayes and Allsdorf Germany were far too busy to slot in promo runs as against large commerical (revenue making) runs.

Stick with the UK Atlantic Green Top 12" in die cut WEA 12" Single sleeve.
