Promo copies of Ain't My Lookout were originally titled Eyes Full Of Gold. The title was printed on the spine of the insert; the title on the cd itself was printed as Ain't My Lookout, and on the front a printed label of "Ain't My Lookout" was pasted on, presumably over the original, working title.

The artwork was a rough sketch, in black and white, of the same artwork used for the commercial release.
