Released just months after On The Threshold Of A Dream, The Moody's fifth album, To Our Children's Children's Children, was the flagship release on their own Threshold label, and the group sound like they are reveling in newfound freedom. The spacy tracks are spacier (see the experimentally inclined instrumental "Beyond") and the rocking moments are harder-hitting, with Justin Hayward delivering a few of his bolder riffs. The dreamy melodies and heaven-bound harmonies that are the group's signature are in greater abundance than ever. This expansive outing became a key part of their canon of this quintessential "album band."
