All time classic from the Raga twins. starts of with the dub-by vocal samples then gets in to the main break beat groove . One of the better release's from Shut up and Dance . There is also a Ghetto techno- Frankie bones version? mix of this done in 95? with more banging Techno drums and no intro worth checking out.
