This is a (ahem!) re issue of a Stardust boot from a few years back....

While going through my collection, I have come across this track on a Acetate recording with 'The Empires - You're On Top Girl' on the flip side. There are no markings on either the run-in or run-out though has sticker labels with the song titles on. There is evidence of it being metallic at the centre hole.Can anyone offer any information as it whether it pre-dates 'The Tempests- Some Day' issued on the Stardust label, and 'The Empires' track issued on the USA Candi label (1033) in 1965. Records show that I paid almost £50.00 many years ago, but I have no knowledge as to it's current value, origin's etc and I would be interested to find out more information.

Custom made acetate from the 80's Steve, £50 was an awful lot of money to pay for that, most were £8 to £10 in the 80's, £5 in the 70's
