Not all the records in this "Master Release" offer the same selection of songs, but all selections most probably stem from the same re-recording session held 1992 with Eddie Kendricks taking the lead of a group titled The Temptations again. Former Temptations label Motown was not involved in this project.
Other issues in db, e.g.: The Temptations featuring Eddie Kendricks - Papa Was A Rollin' Stone or the first disc of The Temptations / The Temptations* - The Album most probably offer a similar collection of tracks recorded at this session too.
As the producers of the re-recording-session rather successfully tried to recreate the original sound as precisely as possible with the use of advanced studio equipment, these re-recordings are examples of immaculate sound quality and any difference between the original sides and this here re-recorded tracks is quiet difficult to spot.
Additionally the tapes, as significantly different running times suggest, have been tampered with rather carelessly by the companies offering all those varying issues of the product.
