Really Fatman Scoop sets this record off? Man "Indecent Proposal" would be in danger of being dated if not for the universally relatable material on "By Myself", Tim's continued flawless Middle Eastern record flips on "Indian Carpet" and bar's from the usual suspects off "Da Bassment" returning for redemption on "Party People" and "Considerate Brother", Plus that one skit where Tim was getting ambushed by those women into the restroom on "Its Your Night", was all well enough ; but the record suffered from a lack of bars from it's co-host Magoo and the soulful clarity of Timbaland's "Shock Value" series and really anything after spending more time in the lab with J.T.
