Incomplete concert recorded live at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Denver, June 5, 1983.

Two tracks of the concert, "I Threw A Brick Through A Window" and "A Day Without Me" (played after "New Year's Day"), are missing.
This is one of the two official releases to include the track "I Fall Down".

This transcription set is a reissue of the original War Is Declared 1983 transcription 2xLP boxset. It was then reissued in 1992 on the The Concert unofficial 2xCD set.
