fair bit of surface noise on this US release (656605232218) sadly which sucks as the music is beyond sick and its not the loudest I've heard either can anyone recommend a better cut of this please mates ?
"It's not the loudest I've heard either " This! I do not know if it's the pressing, IMHO the record lacks dynamic, sounds way too clean. Surface noise does not bother me. There's just not the tiniest bit of room. Turning it up seems to not really help :-(
I went through a pink and black copy, both were about the same on surface noise. Haven't tried the VMP.
The Japanese and VinylMePlease editions of this album are suburb. I would suggest trying to get one of those pressings.
