Flex and Uncle is definitely the one but I still can't find out who they sampled it from. I had an old 92 tape which had a thunderous hardcore track with fast mayhem drum patterns and spinbacks which sampled this same riff as Urban Wax, and Dick Turpin. 23 years on, and still can't find the track name!
