Honestly, this is the album which I always keep in my mind and I always listen to it. The songs composed in four parts based on the poems of famous Russian poets such as Alexander Pushkin. The voice of Sergey Yakovenko is amazingly beautiful and Piano performance of Ilya Scheps is totally well-done. The enthusiastic work of the composer is the way he put the poems on the music accurately. The most adorable pieces are "La Belle dame sans merci", "Winter journey" and "I will tell you with unswerving frankness" I would believe. This project recorded in the late 80's in Moscow, then, it released in 2004 by ECM record label.

This music mesmerisingly reminds my childhood and my past memories, I do not know how and why!? but, while I am listening to the silent songs my brain flashbacks into the whole images and sounds that I passed through my life, and sometimes, the feel of sadness, loneliness and love. Maybe the atmosphere or the culture that the composer came from caused the feel I have, in other words, the eastern Europ and Russian musicians such as Arvo Part, Peteris Vasks and Giya Kancheli they have the same feel in their music either in my mind.

Finally, I want to say that, after numerous range of music genres that I have listened and experienced, I certainly believe, music is the combination of recognition and curiosity. people could possibly find themselves in the music just like looking right into the mirror and find their own images.
