great triple lp set from france (?) in the early/mid 1980`s on the `metallic death` label, contains live tracks / sets from the bands listed below some possibly from the port vale show in 1981, regardless of exactly which shows this is a great set, the box cover has the above shown picture on it and also another tracklist `insert cover`for the back;

Black Sabbath recorded live at Civic Centre in Providence, RI, USA, August 12th, 1980. Sometimes referred as "Grim Reaper" bootleg since the Black Sabbath side is titled as "Grim Reaper". Same recording as Metalurgy: Heavy Metal Sampler.

- Boxed set, comes in a black cardboard box, identical with the box with the Metalurgy, possibly from the same person who manufactured the Metalurgy one.
- Some sources claim this is Italian relase, some others claim France, some USA
- Includes a photocopied booklet
- Includes a LP-sized insert sleeve with track listing, picture of Motorhead and "Made In France" text
- "Heavy Metal Holocaust" printed in black on red labels

There are copies of this box with red labels but also with white labels. The red labels have black writing with "Metallic Death" printed on them.
It contains live recordings with Venom, Saxon, Black Sabbath, Scorpions, Ozzy and Motorhead. According to the Collectors Guide the Motorhead tracks are actually not the Reading Fest show as stated but from NSTH with added different aucience sound!
