This Tensnake person is something special I'm realizing. I always better liked DJ's who pulled tracks from the archives and mixed them with the new ones instead of fixating on only playing the newest sounds. Only playing new music in sets is quite a pissing match and often sacrifices time-proven quality for the sake of the cutting edge. Highlights on this vinyl are the rare and hard-to-find 1994 straight up house cut by Louie Balo "Keep It Simple", and the Michael Mayer track "Amanda", which was originally released in the year 2000 on Kompakt - Total 2 compilation. Mayer's track takes the female vocal portion of the 1984 Italo-Disco hit Fox The Fox - "Precious Little Diamond".
