Wonderful outtakes from the remnants of a shelved album from the 80's. Lots of great passages that sound like they were cutting room snippets from Popular Soviet Songs...Its a difficult release to get a handle on because a lot of it just feels so idiosyncratic given its demo reel like nature. Scene II is still one of the greatest tracks this group recorded. Vinyl reissue please.

Addendum: prayers have been answered, VOD is releasing it in their next "chasse" box set release.

Since when is this an unofficial release? Klanggalerie also released Rapoon albums, didn't it?

I know Klanggalerie since 2 decades and I own at least 25/30 releases on this label. Absolutely serious label, that wouldn't put out illegal records... *mumble*

The last :zoviet*france: full release from 2005 let remember of their earlier well rated releases. Although it does not such a strong power of Mohnomishe or What Is Not True, it still has some goods and occasionally, it reaches transcendental niveau of the aforementioned, in particular in tracks 2 and 4, respectively. It is a pity that it does not hold this level continuously throughout the whole work but I can recommend this release in either case...
